Customer training is a vital of our product support activities, and considerable investment has been made to meet the increasing demand for general workplace safety training. We operate regular courses, which uses a blend of theoretical and practical training.

Programme objectives
Module 1 – Workplace Safety
- Know the law (2005 Safety, Health & Welfare at work act and 2007 Safety, Health & Welfare at work (general applications & regulations)
Module 2 – Hazards to look for
- Managing Health & Safety
- General overview of the types of hazards experienced in the general workplace and the measures to undertake to reduce risk from these hazards
Module 3 – Organising for safety
- Safe systems
- Protective clothing and equipment
- Accidents and emergencies

3.Management of H& S in the workplace
Training approach
The course involves a lecture (utilising verbal, PowerPoint and video presentations), and a classroom question and answers session.
Assessment and certification
Assessment is based on the participation of attendees in both the theoretical and practical modules of the course. A certificate attesting to the attendees’ participation in and attendance of the course is issued.
